Follow the instructions below to move subscriptions from one to another
- To move licenses between licensing teams, either the Primary, or Secondary admin on that licensing team need to login to there Autodesk account: https://manage.autodesk.com/
- Select 'By Product' under User Management, then select the drop-down to choose the licensing team that houses the licenses you wish to move to another team.
3. After the Licensing Team has been selected, you will need to select the specific product that you want to move to another Licensing Team, and unassign each of those licenses.
4. Go back to 'User Management' and select the Licensing Team you want to move the now unassigned licenses to, then choose the gear in the upper right hand corner.
5. Select the drop-down menu highlighted below, and choose 'Move subscriptions to this team'
6. Select the Team you want to move licenses from, then select the product
7. You can now review the licensing move. Select submit if the confirmation screen is correct
8. Select Done on the confirmation screen.
Your license(s) have now been moved from Team to Team.
