How to upload your file when it's too big to email

After you've watched the video for tips and tricks on how to prepare your project for the fastest support experience, follow these steps to share your file securely:

Zip the project
Go to https://drive.autodesk.com
Log in with your Autodesk account credentials
Drag and drop the zipped file into the browser
Once upload is complete, click on "Get Link"
Turn on Public share
Copy and paste your link to support@dsi-mfg.com
