There are two ways to activate Tool Breakage Detection in Fusion

How do I enable Tool Break Control?

Answer

Option 1

Applying Tool Breakage via Manual NC

  1. Select the drop-down under SETUP > Manual NC
  2. Select the drop-down menu for Manual Type > Tool break control
  3. After the Manual NC has been created, you can move it to a position of your choosing by left-clicking and dragging it.

Option 2:

Applying Tool Breakage via Edit Tool
  1. Right-click on the toolpath using the tool you wish to enable tool break control on and select > Edit Tool
  2. Select the Post processor tab > Break control by selecting the check box, then apply.
  3. Right-click on the toolpath and choose Generate to regenerate the path with the newly selected option enabled.
